A 1980s style box of a house was taken down to stud, reconfigured and made smaller in order to enlarge the oceanfront deck. The resulting 3000 square foot house was clad in hand-hewn limestone and featured a 200-year-old iron door, resulting in a residence reminiscent of the South of France.

FEATURES: Three bedrooms/3.5 baths; great room with wood-burning fireplace and professional grade, chef-designed kitchen; large white-water-view deck with exterior kitchen/barbecue, built-in seating and sunning areas and outdoor shower; club room with built-in seating, 500 bottle wine closet and bar; full-floor, beach-front master suite with wood-burning fireplace, private deck, antique French shutter barn-door to bath with ocean-front tub and steam shower; guest suite with separate access and salvaged wood barn doors; gated, fountained, gas-lit courtyard landscaped with lavender and a 70 year old lemon tree; 200 year old iron and glass front door from a mansion in Argentina; antique French white oak flooring throughout; disappearing pocket doors downstairs and up; audio & video, security and internet inside and out; powder room with one-of-a-kind infinity fish-tank; views from the Queen’s Necklace to Channel Islands and a mini-vineyard planted with mature Cote de Rhone pinot noir grapes.
