When Manheim and Cercone bought their first home, they were thrilled to find this graffiti-covered, rat and mildew infested ruin built in the 20’s for silent film star, Helen Twelvetrees. With little funding and even less expertise, the couple rolled up their sleeves and personally restored the crumbling edifice to its former Old Hollywood glamour.

FEATURES: Five bedrooms/7 baths; private, gated entry and driveway; walled courtyard with koi pond and fountain; master suite with sitting room; formal, paneled dining room; sunroom; mature landscaping; 180 degree city views; custom leaded glass windows; diver’s pool with Jacuzzi and pool pavilion; sleeping porch; guest house and walk in vault.

Twelvetrees sold with multiple offers over the asking price.
