POINT DUME

Jaman prides itself on finding the least desirable property in the most desirable location and our latest project on prestigious Point Dume is no exception.

Constructed in regrettable 80’s style, the home is being taken down to stud, all systems upgraded, the exterior, floorplan and landscaping reimagined and is scheduled to re-emerge in late 2025 as a luxurious, resort-like family home.

The price of paradise was high in 2025, as close to 16,000 structures were tragically lost to fire, many of them, private homes. Some residents will decamp, others will rebuild, but most are awaiting the insurance settlements that will allow them to shop for a new home.
