Jaman prides itself on finding the least desirable property in the most desirable location, but everyone who’s seen it agrees that our current Point Dume project is the ugliest we’ve ever taken on.

A misguided mid-century with an unfortunate phallic centerpiece, the home has now been taken down to stud, the front elevation reimagined and is scheduled to emerge in late 2025 as a chic, resort style family home. The private, formally landscaped grounds will include a 50-foot pool, sunning area and sauna, an exterior living room, dining room, and kitchen—complete with a large-screen TV for viewing movies while soaking in the spa. The structure will be enlarged to include 4 bedrooms, 5 baths plus a 1 bedroom/1 bath guest house, a demonstration-style chef’s kitchen, living room, dining room, home office, screening room, stairway loft and an 18 ft. high, planted atrium lit by two 20 ft. square skylights. Plus, of course, a few signature Jaman surprises.
