Michael Manheim and Janus Cercone have sold a home in Malibu for $10 million.

Called the Stone House, the contemporary beach home has 50 feet along the sand. The fifth-of-an-acre site, on a private road, features Pinot Noir grapevines, a walled courtyard with a fountain, a waterfront deck with a fire pit, an outdoor audio system and parking for five cars.

Interior spaces include a great room, living and dining areas, a media room, three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The master suite, with a deck, ocean-view bathtub and a steam room, occupies the second level of the home.

Manheim has produced such films as “Roe vs. Wade” (1989), “Leap of Faith” (1992) and “Dirty Pictures” (2000). Cercone wrote the screenplay for “Leap of Faith,” which went on to become a Broadway musical.

They bought the property two years ago for $5.6 million and built the house through their company, Jaman Properties, which has sold homes to celebrities such as actress Fran Drescher, “The Simpsons” creator Matt Groening and late-night TV show host Conan O’Brien.
